Albert_Einstein_1947Which is better for making product decisions: guesswork or user feedback?

Albert Einstein once said that anyone can make something complex, but only a genius can make something simple.  Imagine if you could read your user’s minds and understand what they really think about your product.

You don’t need to be a magician to read your users’ minds, but you do need to run regular usability tests with them.  The good news is that running users tests does not need to be difficult, time-consuming or expensive.

If you want to understand why your users do something, my forthcoming talk at Product Management Festival will teach you how to run quick, cheap and easy user tests.

You can also receive a whopping 25% discount on tickets to the conference by using the code Discount-Busuttil.  But hurry!  Prices are due to go up on 1 September.
